我們DMSP主要贊助人黃敏基先生和社區公益基金會行政總監及信託人袁文超先生與政府總部六位政府官員於二零零四年一月六日早上十時半在政府總部會議I室進行會議。是次會議十分成功，政府方面十分支持，並打算在全港十八區推廣DMSP 音樂贊助計劃。

出席會議的政府官員包括：

Mr Danny M. K. Wong, DMSP Principal Sponsor and Mr Henry M. Yuen, the Executive Director and Trustee of Community Welfare Projects Foundation, attended a meeting with six government executive officers. It was held on 6th January 2004, at 10:30 a.m., Government Secretariat Conference Room I. The meeting was held successfully. The government will support and boom our music program, DMSP in all 18 districts of Hong Kong.
